Try This Before You Talk Yourself Out of Your Own Power
Here’s a quick exercise I give my clients when self-doubt creeps in:
The Truth Audit
When that inner voice starts whispering “you’re not ready” or “you’re not enough,” pause and do this:
Write the belief down. Example: “I’m not good enough to be doing this.”
Ask yourself: Who did I learn this from? (Parent? Teacher? Old boss?)
Ask: Is this voice mine — or did I inherit it?
Replace it with one true, grounded fact. Example: “I’ve helped 40+ clients create real results. That’s earned, not imagined.”
This sounds simple, but when practiced consistently, it builds awareness — and awareness is the beginning of rewiring.
