Joe Garcia, CCHt, MBA, is the founder of Viva Hypnotherapy and an esteemed Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. With a deep understanding of both the human mind and the intricacies of the business world, Joe brings a unique perspective to his transformative work.
Before delving into the realm of hypnotherapy, Joe spent over 15 years immersed in the corporate landscape, honing his expertise as a business development expert. As a VP of Sales and Sales Training Manager, he navigated high-pressure environments, motivating teams and driving outstanding results through instilling self-esteem and confidence.
Inspired by his passion for personal growth and making a meaningful impact, Joe transitioned into the field of hypnotherapy. He recognized the incredible potential of hypnosis to unlock peak performance and enhance mental well-being. Graduating from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, the only school in Florida licensed by the U.S. Department of Education for hypnotherapy training, Joe's comprehensive 500-hour program encompassed diverse modalities such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Parts Therapy, Eye Movement Therapy, Breathwork, Age Regression, Past Life Regression, Timeline Therapy, Self-Hypnosis Work, Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, and Re-Programming Subconscious Beliefs.
